Mazak Variaxis i300 AWC
This 30-pallet, 5-axis machining center is our newest machine tool. It features a 144-tool ATC and is expandable to 505 tools as our customer demands warrant. The Variaxis i300 AWC features the latest technology, controls, and software in multi-pallet 5-axis machining.
Mazak Integrex i200 Machining Center
Our newest Integrex i200 features big bore (4.4″ thru spindle) and high torque capacity for effcient metal removal. Both Integrex i200 machining centers feature full 5-axis capability, 12,000 rpm machining heads, sub-spindles, 72 tool ATC, 1000 psi thru-spindle cooling, and barfeeds.
Mazak Integrex 200-IVS Machining Centers
Our six (6) Integrex Mark IV machining centers feature full 5-axis capability, 12,000 rpm machining heads, sub-spindles, 120 tool ATCs, 1000 psi thru-spindle cooling, and barfeeds.
Mazak QTN 350-II MSY Mill-Turn Lathe
Our largest mill-turn lathe is capable of handling 4″ bar stock. This large lathe features CAT40 toolholders in its live-tooling.
Mazak QTN 250-MSY Mill-Turn Lathe
Our newest workhorse mill-turn lathe is capable of handling 3″ bar stock. This lathe features CAT40 toolholders in its live-tooling.
Mazak VCN 530C Vertical Machining Centers
Our 2017 vertical machining center features a full 4th-axis, probing and toolsetting, 15,000 rpm spindle, and a 30 tool ATC.
Mazak VCN 510c Vertical Machining Centers
Tecfar has three (3) VCN 510c machining centers. They all feature a full 4th-axis, probing and toolsetting, 12,000 rpm spindles, and 30 tool ATCs.
Mazak HCN-4000 Horizontal Machining Center
The HCN-4000 is a dual pallet, 120 tool ATC, 18,000 rpm spindle, auto probing and toolsetting machine, which also features high pressure, thru-spindle cooling.
Mazak FH-4000 Horizontal Machining Center
The FH-4000 is a dual pallet, 40 tool ATC, 12,000 rpm spindle, auto probing and toolsetting machine, which also features high pressure, thru-spindle cooling.
Mazak QTN 200 Lathe
The Mazak lathe is a fast (5,000 rpm), reliable, 2-axis lathe used to accurately machine small to medium production parts.
Mazak QTN-100 II Lathe
The QTN-100 is a small, extremely accurate, fast (6,000 rpm), 2-axis lathe used to machine small, precision parts.
Takisawa EX-510 Lathe
The Takisawa features dual spindles, live tooling, 6-axis capability on its two spindles, and a barfeeder.
Ruijun R500 EDM
Our facility features the high-precision Ruijun FR-500 CNC Wire EDM, designed to machine complex geometries and hardened materials with exceptional accuracy. Using advanced electrical discharge machining technology, the FR-500 delivers fine surface finishes and tight tolerances.
